At Westwood Village Learning Center, we understand that navigating educational costs can be challenging, and we want to ensure our programs remain accessible to your family.
To better support those who may not have received the full Opportunity Scholarship—or were not granted one at all—we are pleased to introduce a structured monthly payment plan.
How the Payment Plan Works
If your scholarship does not cover the full cost of tuition, we are happy to draw up a contract to spread your remaining balance over the school year.

Total Annual Tuition: $8,000 (covering the nine-month school year).

Installments: Divided into nine equal monthly payments (Total tuition minus scholarship amount, divided by nine).

Due Dates: Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

Late Fees: Payments received after the 5th will incur a $20.00 late fee.
Additional Ways to Save
To further reduce your monthly costs, you may choose to opt out of the school lunch program. If your child brings their own lunch, your monthly tuition payment will be reduced by $150.00 per month.
